Every kinds of flies will like to taste honey. When you are successful, different kinds of people will like to associate with you, including morons.

No one is laying claims to Bornu, Sambisa, and other territories that are still struggling.

"We own Lagos" , "we develop Lagos" are nothing but symptoms of intellectual poverty and ignorance; a lazy man syndrome.

Lagos past and present governors are working hard to develop the state by soliciting for investment home and abroad, even borrowing loans to make sure the state works. Yet some miscreant ogisos spewing trash, laying foolish claim instead of consentrating on how to make Edo and Eastern states work and competing with Lagos.

If you lay your falseful claim from now till tomorrow,it will fetch you nothing except loss.

The present royal family of Oba of Lagos are products of an Ijesha man. The purported Benin ancestry in Lagos royal family have long been eroded. Yoruba own Lagos not Benin or whatever.

The oba of Lagos is not a bastard. He's of benin decendant. And i repeat for those ijesha or ilaje forcing their ancestor on Lagos should desist from noise making.
I've read many lies from propaganda historian that will not fly. The egun of badagry are not disputing fact, the eastern ijebu are not even arguing or bothered despite being the first settlers in present geographical Lagos state. Its just these, oyo , osun noise makers that are using some aworis to change history.

That was not what akiolu said when he gave his account. So rest! dont tell a different history for people when they're still even alive. Oga!

Ologun Kutere was the product of the marriage between Erelu Kuti, daughter of Oba Ado, and Alaagba (short form of ' Alagbigba'), an Ijesha traditional adviser to Oba Akinsemoyin.[2] He was the first successor to the throne through a matrilineal line, and the Yoruba line to the throne.[1

Ologun Kutere reigned as Oba of Lagos from around the 1780s to around 1803.[1] He succeeded Oba Eletu Kekere who reigned between 1775 and 1780. "Ologun" is the Yoruba word for "War General".

Up till today, ologun kutere is the only family line that produces Oba of Lagos.

The Benin ancestry came to an end with King Akinsemoyin

Can you imagine.

I even heard rumor sometimes ago that
Akinolu wanted Eyo festival in honour of his father. The organisers refused, and replied that eyo is not meant for people with tribal marks.

Akinsemoyin is a son of Oba Ado. He became Oba of Lagos but didn't give birth to heir

Thank you. Benin heritage got lost with just one Benin king, Oba Ado. The rest are mixed blood with eventually eroded Benin blood. Anyway, Binis are yorubas. They never deny that.

Yes, current Oba of Lagos is of Ijesa decent, same as Oba of Ilesha(Osun) , Oba osogbo(osun) and Oba Akure(ondo) . All are Ijesa.

Yoruba is already mixed to the extent that nothing can seperate us again.
