Rubbish. Oweto Bridge was longer and completed without noise. Lagos got railway that is bigger and more expensive. Kano-kaduna gas pipeline far bigger and more expensive. All these projects none will be tolled to recover the money spent on it but the South East should celebrate a tolled bridge
