The case was actually instituted before now
Though it was outside the 180 days
But the facts still remain clear

With what you just said, is there any prospect of the Court hearing the case? Besides, the suit concerns the validity of Hope Uzondinma's 2019 candidacy. What possible reliefs can the Court grant now??

However, the Apex Court dismissed the motion on the ground that it has no jurisdiction to entertain such a motion.

Justice Abubakar held in the ruling that the request was strange, frivolous, baseless, unwarranted, vexatious and irritating.

He further held that the motion was a calculated design to demonize the Supreme Court.

Lobatan.

I remember the assurance he gave Farouk Lawan too that time and what he said on TV about the audio tape of the DSS sting operation that caught Farouk Lawan collecting marked US dollars from Mr Femi Otedola as bribe. I still shudder anytime I watch that his interview. It was completely appalling! Haba!

Till date, when I remember that his bold face
interview and how similar action by Trump's lawyers earned them fine for lying and license to practise law suspensed, I knew that some day, he too will get caught and sanctioned.

Below is that his interview on Channels Tv claiming that the DSS videos that caught the convicted Farouk red-handed were doctored

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ka2E7eWpMxU?si=4o764DEBm_OqPQJD

Farouk Lawan was eventually convicted on the strength of that same evidence that Chief Ozekhome claimed was doctored.

License to practise law is not a license to lie. It is not a license to even use the law to lie on behalf of your client. A lawyer is not a licensed liar and cheat, only mediocre and corrupt lawyers lie and cheat

It's shamefully obscene that Senior lawyers in his category and age lie and make it appear cool for baby lawyers to start lying too. I used to be his fan during his Chief Gani Fawehinmi days but he has changed.

This Supreme Court action came late but it is better than never so he can change and serve as deterrent to others, especially the young and baby lawyers. Check my signature for free stuffs!

Buhari said Gandollar's video was doctored also

No you don't understand
What inadvertently happened was the court gave two conflicting judgements. By recognising Nwosu as the valid candidate of APC, it means APC did not have a candidate since it disqualified Nwosu.
Yet it went ahead and gave Uzodinma victory on the same APC platform.
It's that obvious anomaly Ozekhome was calling attention to

The comments I read of people supporting the multiple anomalies inflicted on the Nigerian society by the institutions of the State of Nigeria lead me to conclude that there is no hope of salvation for Nigeria. Indeed, the leadership of a society is the reflection of the people of that society. These criminals and rogues in power, who have destroyed our country, are Nigerians after all, they were raised in this society, and were supported by Nigerians (thugs, police officers, data boys, Corpers, INEC, vote sellers, etc...) to rig and kill their way to power.

See how foolish the supreme court is, they are just trying to cover their ass, the main aim is to discourage others from filing suits which exposes how compromised the judiciary has been. Imagine the supreme court saying a lawsuit was filed to ridicule them, when justice is all we want, I guess a call to justice is a ridicule to the judiciary.

Reading some people's comment here on this subject matter, will tell you that most Nigerian citizens don't know the damage their crook judiciary have put their zoological into. Nigerian is doomed and it's most citizens are as useless as their shit hole of a country filled with fantastically corrupt citizens.

Ozekhome was right, there is no way you will disqualify uche nwosu for double nomination in AAC and APC thereby rendering both parties without a candidate, how come Hope Uzodinma the supreme court governor to emerge from being 4th to governor of Imo State, untill Nigerian Judicial system is purge from waywardness justice system in the country will continue to be a shadow of itself, till today Amaechi case vs Omehia can never be referenced because of whack judgement. i dont know how judges slept whenever passing useless judgement of this magnitude, when you disqualify two parties for producing same candidate what did you think. and now in your judgement you claim you don't have jurisdiction to entertain the case, that is why judgement in developed world will continue to be a yard stick for you f.o.o.l.s in this country.

Uzodinma and apc were not party to the nwosu suit so couldn't have been affected.the supreme court saying nwosu has a live candidacy in apc doesn't mean he is their candidate.
Amechi vs omehia is a good judgement.amechi is the lawful candidate of pdp.he won the primaries and was unjustly replaced.in the eyes of the law,he is governor

Uzodinma and apc were not a party to that suit and couldn't be affected.it was a judgment in personam not in rem.moreover, the apex court were misled as their attention was only drawn to the high court judgment for nwosu and didn't see the one validating hope.besides, the apex court later admitted their mistake for that judgment as it was filed out of time...
However, pdp should have drawn the attention of the election tribunal to that judgment like apc did in plateau or seek the leave of the apex court to it
