I made the withdrawal request at 3:40pm. About 2 hours later, I used their web form to send them a message to ask what was delaying the withdrawal. They replied that it was being processed and that the turnaround time for crypto withdrawal was 1 business day.

My BTC wallet eventually received funds around 11:20pm same day.

Of the $400 that I requested, I received BTC for the equivalent of $367. I've sent another email to ask them exactly how much BTC they sent.

If btcusd price is going up, I'm actually supposed to get a USD value that is even higher than I requested, so what rate did they use to send the BTC?

This will be the last time I'll fund my USD trading account.

I've decided to withdraw the remaining funds in another currency other than BTC. Lemme know where the thievery is coming from.

Yes I have successfully gotten the 5k giveaway account. I used the old account I have with them before to register/verify my kyc NIN & face recognition.

Then the account was sent to my mail immediately. This was done in the mid night around 2 am
