Hello guys, I have issue with my VTU website, a new user who registered credited his/her wallet without making any deposit and has bought Air time worth thousands of Naira. How's that possible and what is the solution to this?

I know you're trying to find out it is done but it can actually be done. I will advice you not to seek a knowledge that will destroy you. I know your story is not true but of course crediting accounts without depositing can be done.

It's possible. Does your admin dashboard have a feature for crediting users, if yes then that means someone has access to your admin dashboard account, he credits his account from there then logs in to his created account and tops up data or airtime.

Yes my admin dashboard has that feature for crediting users. However I'm skeptical on how someone will gain access to the admin dashboard because am using Google Authentication codes to login aside my password. So how can that be possible?

There could be another way to login, a loop hole I guess. most times they can modify their account balance through your Mysql database table. What you need to do now is look for a cyber security expert to help you investigate all your codes and database to patch all loopholes.
