The National Judicial Council (NJC), on Wednesday, recommended the appointment of 11 justices to the Supreme Court.

Justice Moore Aseimo A. Adumein, who signed the controversial judgement in Kano governorship election appeal, also made the cut.

The Court of Appeal had in its November 17 judgement read by Adumein upheld the judgement of the Kano Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, declaring APC candidate, Nasiru Gawuna, as winner of the governorship election in the state.
