I think the issue is with your family members, not rice. Rice is not the bad guy, it is your family issue. There are people that don't even eat sugar, but are suffering from diabetes. You need to understand the human body system varies. If your body system is allergic to a food, it doesn't mean it is a bad food, but your body is the issue.
