You can't be sure of what you don't know . Germany's enjoy more productivity at a higher level of advance technology than china . Industrial and vocational education in germany is more superior to China . Their scientific output is a testament despite their size.

As you can, Common sense should tell you that Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria were not part of the report because they had internal issues as at the time the data were being collated.
