I'm looking for convenient way to send money from Nigeria to Ghana. Many of the platform I've seen use very high exchange rates.

I came across PAPSS, Pan African Payment Settlement System. Has any one used it? Can you please share your experience. Does it work?

PAPSS will be entirely via your bank with some limits/processes similar to BTA/Form M Processing. You will have to fill forms online or physically via your banks. I think only First Bank, Sterling Bank and UBA have platforms ready for these as at end of last month. Access bank just started advertising but not yet ready.
