Constitutionally their seats can't be declared vacant because their defection is premise on the fact that the party is in crisis which is one condition given for defection.

It is near impossible to impeach him. They won't be allowed to seat, and no Rivers Judge will sign any consent order. He removed the Chief Justice of Rivers. The legislature also need the judiciary to impeach him.

What was his reason for removing the Chief Justice? Can the Executive remove a State Justice just like that? He has thereby stepped on some toes in the Judiciary too and must keep watching his back…..his days may be numbered!

The Fubara should just count himself lucky it's not Obasanjo that's President. Obj would have impeached him and use EFCC to arrest the Governor like a common criminal and then declare state of emergency. If them born any fly well, make he come outside. The surprising thing is that Obj did not have the influence Tinubu has over the National Assembly and the courts now during his time, and he still had his way. Tinubu still dey smile with Fubara

You must still be in your mother's beliy when PDP rode the land like a colossus.
My state Oyo was a victim of pdp brigandage....they turned the state into a theatre of war because Obj allowed a local thug remove a governor.
I keep saying it that whatever APC is doing the learnt from PDP and are even better at it than PDP.
Whoever told you people democracy as a form of government doesn't have its flaws....one of its flaws is that majority could at times be wrong but the beauty of it is that we have a chance to correct our mistakes every now and then
