The Martin Amaewhule-led Assembly is loyal to the FCT Minister, Ezenwo Wike

The Rivers House of Assembly further called on the Governor to immediately release funds meant for the management of the Assembly for the month of November, 2023; stressing that, henceforth the House would decline requests from Governor Fubara for approval, since his actions are no longer in tandem with the provisions of the 1999 Constitution as altered, and other extant Laws of the State.

When Wike used thugs against the apc, AA and other political parties in 2019 general election, ipob terrorists hailed him.

When Wike turned against Atiku, thinking he will support the Pandora poster boy, ipob terrorists hailed him.

When Wike through his support made the president to win Rivers State, he became their enemy.

When Wike allegedly rigged the gubernatorial election in favor of Fubara, they crucified him which I like as well.

But when the person rigged in didn't do the biddings of Wike and Wike decide to fight back, they are crying foul.

The thing is, ipob terrorists aka obidients aka nzogbu nzogbu wannabes are enemies of the country.

They are only happy when something bad happens.

This particular faction has the majority. So we should not compare it with Obaseki of edo who allowed only his loyals to control the house and they were less than 10.

Fubara cannot pass his budget without approval of the house. He does not control the house. He cannot spend money. If he spends money without approval of the house. he is committing an impeachable offense. Already he has committed an impeachable offense by setting the assembly ablaze.

As at today there is no 2024 budget for Rivers state.
