Corruption, bribery and wastage is how he built his criminal political 'empire', and how he has sustained it. Anyone surprised by these things is not being sincere.

These things don't move me anymore. If Seyi Tinubu chooses you as his best friend today, you will turn a blind eye because of the benefits you will enjoy. Naso Naija be. Secondly, Abacha's monies are being returned because some people raised alarm, investigated and traced the money. If those people just read the bad news and moved on, those monies will not be returned.
