I guess they don't have enough parcels that'd necessitate immediate departure of their cargo flights. Therefore, they have to wait so they could add more parcels....

Was surprised to see my 11.11 order, shipped via Signpost, arrive earlier that it's Speedaf counterpart....

One disadvantage of using Speedaf in recent times - unnecessary delay of shipment.

I guess it's not a mobile phone or electronics?

My speedaf package arrived on the same day as yours but it hasn’t cleared customs yet, I’m surprised, maybe clearance is now done in batches.

Maybe it has already been cleared mine too showed the other updates next day

I placed an order on Ali on Nov 18, I noticed it was closed and in that case I’d be refunded. I paid using the “Cardrypto” All in one service by Global Finance. It now shows on Aliexpress that refund has been processed but I’ve seen no changes on my Account ever since. I tried reaching out to them via Chat they said I should wait 3 business days which was on 2nd Dec. nothing till now is there anyway anyone can suggest I go about it?

Your debit card has already been credited whether the refunded amount reflects on it or not. If the card is still active, just go ahead and place order with it to the tune of the exact amount.

I had a similar experience in June when Aliexpress refunded me a sum of $73.

But ensure that the refund process has been completed by Aliexpress in order to avoid being penalised by Cardrypto for declined transaction.

My package is stuck there as well, I think people dnt order like before, just assuming. Hopefully it gets on its way to the destination country soon. My last package was stuck for 5 days before it got to the destination country

Try to dey read from where you stopped the last time you visited the thread! This question has been answered up there. Some questions are needless if people would just take time to read previous comments.

Well, Speedaf is having challenge with low volume of package to ship to Nigeria. For their cargo plane to take off with the little on ground would amount to loss for them. They have to wait to add more.

Nigerians are no longer buying from AliExpress like before, no thanks to high exchange rate.

One dollar, almost ₦1,250 now. What a country!

If the Singapore Post tracking doesnt change for 10 days at a stretch, the only thing is to wait for purchase protection to expire. The purchase will be protected as long as the tracking shows that it has not be delivered.

The only problem is the time. It takes 60 days.

You can't get detailed tracking update on Aliexpress app. Track the item with track24.net or postal.ninja.

What I observed from both speedaf orders.
- Cargo flight departs for Nigeria 6/7 days after arrival at China airport.
- Cargo flight arrives Nigeria 1/2 days after departure from China.
- Nigeria customs clearance takes 2 days.

I track using "Parcels" app from the moment I receive tracking number on AliExpress app.
You only get text message from speedaf on delivery day.

I'm tired of them. Mine is PostNL.
