Smh. I will use N1500 to enjoy two medium sized wraps of amala , abula soup with ewedu, gbegiri , omi obe, big sized ogunfe meat and one bottle of water while Jumia food will charge me between N3,500 and N5000 for same.

If you are in the garri class then you have never been in the category of Jumia food customer category so this thread is not for you sir. Garri is not imported so price changes by season too.

Ironically, you are hyping yourself over garri class, whereas you are dodging the bullets of Jumia food.

Useless online merchant.What a customer orders for is different from what Jumia delivers.
They advertise original goods but delivers fake to customers.

Their very poor service is enough to run down their business.

Before JumiaFood was launched, We already created such web and mobile app for an Indian client who was temporarily based in Nigeria.

A lot was done, including the data entries but suddenly, Client quit citing Nigeria ain't mature for such business.

Shorly later, JuumiaFood was launched, we spoke and client repeated same thing "Nigeria in't mature for such business yet".

Seems Client's right afterall

But similar startups have been launching after JumiaFood. Chowdeck, food court, Heyfood etc & they have been getting patronage.

It goes beyond getting patronage. Think about it if you are a business owner. Cost of running along with retention of customers with pricing and the likes...
