(1).Dangote-Refineries will generate-
thousands,if not Millions of Jobs for the Nigerian Youths in-
i.PMS - Petroleum Provisions
ii.Diesel
iii.AGO( Black Oil for heavy Machineries)
iv.Aviation Fuels - for jet, aircrafts,etc.
v. Fertilizers.
vi.Creams,pomade etc.
• That is why a Country like Nigeria-, that God gave us Crude Oil ( natural Resources) - that failed to make her Refineries works is given Employments to other Countries - Youths!
• That is why we should give Kudos to Dangote for this monumental achievements!
-Other Companies will follow soon!
(2)- GAS Productions DEVELOPMENT Factories -are Coming Up Very Soon in this Area!
(3).Up-Coming Airport - this should be a Class and Classic Airports - that will generate NBILLIONS to the government, with thousands of Employments of the Youths.
(4)•Sea Port Authority: like this New Lekki Sea and Cargo Environment - will definitely be a game changer because,the Lagosians and Lagos State govt and Federal government would have learnt a big lesson on Apapa Wharf Road- imbroglios,where human beings are stucked in the Traffic for days,if not weeks!
• Where the Roads needs 3- Lanes each, should be expeditiously provided and executed before is too late now!
(5)• Lekki Economic Development Or Economic Hub- where Manufacturing, Entrepreneur and Startups are on the ground to lift up ' Made In Nigeria Goods'. - Exports and Imports-should be Paramount here.
(6)• All these developments should Extend -to- Epe for its easy to stay in Epe and you work in Lekki- just a distance of about 20- 25 Min.journey!
• Power- Lights must be 24/7 guarantee,to enable Foreigners to come and Invest in Nigeria Economy.
• This is 21st Century and we have no excuses in Nigeria,for those who are responsible for lights like DISCOS- to be still given us darkness and charging same to us in Nigeria!
Youths will never stay in such Environments!
• The government must also create surroundings with Housing-Estates, where Foreigners can come in and go out- e g. to Beaches,for easy relaxation!
• These areas should equally have Facilities like- Mini Stadiums,with at least 20,000-to -30,000.Capacity!
For it will be wrong to say that People in this environment should be coming to Mainland Stadiums, except say ,for World Cup games,not even the Nation's Cup!
•Govt-( both State and Federal should see the development of this Area,as compared to what is like in Europe,Dubai or America.
• This are is a New Metropolitan City and the drainage should be of Standards and the Areas must not SINK- if Sand and Structural Engineers are allowed to do their Works properly.

The first is Eko Electric Distribution Company and the ongoing road bring constructed from Eleko to Abraham Adesanya
Eko Electric Distribution Company is very incompetent and sincerely another Distribution Company should be licensed to do the job,it seems that they are not interested in providing electricity for people living in Ajah to Epe Axis.
They are contented with servicing only people from Obalende to Ikoyi up to Eleganza Bus stop
The Government needs to quickly disengage them and give the license to people who are ready to do the job
The second is the ongoing road,we thank God that the road is gradually taking shape as places from Eleko to Awoyaya have been completely finished
The big problem now is Sangotedo,we are hopeful that in 2024,this will be finished and the people can have peace in that Location
Although,Eko Electric Distribution Company claims that they need to finish the road before they restore electricity as the Electric poles and cables need to relocated due to this road
This though is not enough excuse to providing poor service to people living in that neighborhood

Lagos State Govt can do more in the Provisions of Lights to the over 23- Millions Lagosians because:
1. The Present two-DISCOS( Ikeja and Eko) in Lagos can't improve beyond their Capabilities because, they never have it as a desire to improve in their Services!
•Rather they will blame tools of Operations to give more Darkness to Lagosians- ( no Grid ,no Transmission,no Prepaid Meters,no Transformers),etc?
So far,they have Social Media to advertise their incompetence every week or month,so that people will believe them,as if they don't even know that some Cities-on this Planet -Earth have never seen darkness e g LAS -VEGAS ( CITY OF LIGHTS) in USA!
•Why can't our Nigerian DISCOS be like that? They will now come with excuses - we need to increase tariff,as if the ones they have been increasing,if they have justified NBillions collected or deceiving the gaulibles - that Money owed by Ministries in govt is owed by NIGERIANS! No, Ministries/ Parastatals- are different from ordinary Nigerians!
2• For Lagos State Govt should as a matter of Urgency:
•Build New Dams across the Lagos Lagoon and Oceans e g -
•- Build Ikorodu Dam
•- Build Epe Dam- Epe has a place,where you see the Sea and Ocean demacation,such water can be Dam - since the water is not moving away! It's the same water that will be Rolling the Wheel in the Dam to supply the Lights!
•- Badagry Sea and Oceans can be Dam by Experts.e g.i was shown a big and gigantic Dam created within 3- years by the Chinese to generate over 150,000 Megawatts of lights.
*•Lagos State should think like the Americans and Chinese -that are thinking of what will happen to their Country in the next 100- years,as they are just being Pro- active!
-Lagos State Govt can therefore Sell the Excess Power/Lights to Neighboring States,if the need be and collects their Monthly Fees,for the State .

TO the best of my knowledge, the entire free trade zone will run an independent electrification system and I guess the firm responsible for this has already began construction of the facility which they proclaimed would be powered by gas.
DANGOTE refinery is running its own independent supply and I think ALARO CITY is also billed to run an hybrid IPP supply system.

All we want is a better Lagos State- that should dictate the pace of Economic Development Growth and set parameters for other States in doing businesses.
Indeed,the State is doing great in:
- Blue Rail Operations.
- Red Rail Management
- BRT Operations
- Even New 4th - Mainland ( from Ajah to Ikorodu,is and will be a Milestone and a Giant Stride but Lagos can still creates Millions Jobs in Power Sector and becomes independent from DISCOS,in not so distant future,if the Govt decides.
