The report has nothing to do with Nigeria. That's the simple truth. You know nothing as to what is happening in France. All you just did was to type negatively of Nigeria as if Nigeria is the cause of all reforms in all countries. Do you have any idea about CAF? Do you know what foreigners with their families have been doing with CAF? Do you know what Carte Vitale means?

Why can't you just keep quiet and learn from those who have the first hand info about France than typing out of point just because your country must always be seen in the negative always.
