1. Seller issues Letter of Instruction at HIS Bank in favour of Buyer. (it's FOC)

2. Buyer confirms Letter of Instructions.

3. Buyer credits Seller's Account and all facilitators according to the contract signed.

4. Seller confirms naira and credits Buyer's dollar account.

End of transaction

Why will u say Naira moves first without placing a lien on it until seller releases dollar ?. Thats an ambush there. Anything can happen there.

Because the Letter of Instruction sent to Buyer's Bank is stronger than Mt199 Pre-Advice, it has supposing set aside the required USD as entered by Buyer which his (Buyer's) Bank has acknowledged for the transaction. This procedure is most recently approved by the CBN against the regular reports that Sellers trade with Buyers instruments instead of transacting with them. Ask your AO or Banker it's merits as it's is never an ambush at all
