Your question is wrong. The question should be: who is the worse president between Buhari and Jonathan? Saying who is better means both were good, but one was better, which wasn't the case. So, the answer is; Buhari was a worse president than Jonathan (not that Jonathan was a better president than Buhari). Like I always say, GEJ was clueless and as dense as a rock, but compared to Buhari he was Abraham Lincoln.
