I learnt there is a new office now in Ikorodu Lagos (igbogbo area precisely). Who knows if this is already functional and can be used to process a new passport? Are they DIY friendly too?

A hard copy of NIN is required, rather than a digital version. Passport applicant is required to make a photocopy of his or her hard copy NIN slip (both hard copy of NIN slip and photocopy of NIN slip will be sighted on the day of appointment).
