I really need to learn how to prepare that Oha Soup... I can prepare most of the others up there.

I ate that soup when I visited and worked in parts of Imo and Abia. The taste was out of this world. kiss

There are various types of Taushe; the one you posted picture of is normally eaten with Masa.
Another one is the one we normally call Egusi soup, another version uses groundnut instead of melon seeds. Even Yakuwa( I don't know the English name) leaves is used for Taushe.

I think in Hausa language any vegetable soup qualify as Taushe.

The miyan taushe you saw up there na Hausa soup. We also have miyan ganye (efo riro), miyan kubewa (okra), miyan kuka (Boabab leaf), miyan zogale (moringa), etc

By the way that banga soup replace the catfish with Bush meat, dried meat/fish. I no be really fan of catfish.
