I doubt that. Polygamy is illegal in many of those ex-Soviet Muslim countries. I think only Kazakhstan allows doesn't criminalize polygamy but it doesn't recognize it either. So, if you practice polygamy there, the marriage won't be recognized. But in the rest, the marriage won't be recognized and you will still get punished on top.
