If it's about what Jesus commissioned only North Korea has issues with Christianity for real the rest are due to misconception as a result of false religionists claiming Christians.

Jesus Christ taught his disciples to preach about God's Kingdom (Government of God) that supercedes all human government.
There are just two countries on this planet now that are standing against this concept:

North Korea! Because their president claims he is a perfect ruler whose authority shouldn't be questioned.
Israel! (Though not in your list) Because they're still expecting another Christ instead of Jesus who commanded his disciples to go and preach in his name. Although the Jews believe in God's kingdom but they hate the name "Jesus" with passion as they believe he was an impostor who deceived their people in the first century so they are still anticipating the coming of another Christ that's why they don't want to hear anything about Jesus of Nazareth.

Apart from this two countries all the others have nothing real against Christianity!

My own brothers in Christ live in all those places without being attacked so if you don't know what Christianity entails you will continue to be deceived thinking noisemakers cursing people claiming they're preaching in your streets are Christians.

True Christians live in virtually all the countries of the earth today but Christianity is restricted due to the abnormalities caused by religionists misremembering Christianity.
