Dr. Ezekiel Izuogu produced Nigeria's first locally made car, the Z-600 in 1997. 90% of its parts were locally sourced.

He was a Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic Nekede.

Armed men broke into his factory and stole his tools and design book in 2006.

The Autonov1, which was made in the 1970s by the famous and iconic UNILAG Engineer, Professor Ayodele Oluwatumininu Awojobi (12 March 1937 - 23 September 1984) is the FIRST Nigerian produced vehicle.

Those of us who are older can indeed confirm the historical FACT that the Autonov1 was produced many years before 1997. First, he produced the prototype but the government refused to support the mass-production for 8 years. In the 9th year, South Africa began to show interest but the same government sent their demons to come and ensure it would never happen by taking everything that would make this possible.

Millions of this kind of thing have happened. Now, if someone says he's fed up with Nigeria, the low soul reptiles can't understand why.
