Trump lost last election when he was more popular and was on all states’ ballots so how would he win in the future? BFFR.

He'll be on all states ballot... I'm not sure you follow the cases at all. The Supreme Court would reverse all the nonsense. Some states like Michigan, Minnesota etc has rejected just frivolous suits.
