A passenger found a cockroach in the food served on the plane. He complained to the flight attendant and when he got home he sent an angry letter to the president of the company, just to vent his fury, not believing he would receive a response. Days later, a response signed by the president arrived, apologizing profusely and saying that the flight attendant had been fired, the pilot had been grounded, and the plane had been dismantled to be disinfected. The passenger was satisfied, but then he saw that his own letter was stuck to the reply letter, and on it was a handwritten and penciled note: "SEND THE USUAL COCKROACH LETTER." |

Bankowner:It means the airline did not take any action. They just asked someone to send the complaint a letter they have sent to other people that complained about cockroaches. |
