and carefully enter your application ID and reference number to:
Book appointment, print guarantor's form and print payment receipt.

Alausa Passport Office handles passport collection on Fridays. I hope that the first letter of your surname falls on Friday else you will not be attended to when you go there.

Wait for them to rectify it.
Their support is slow but it will eventually be done.
Took me 3 days to get a response at first.
I was about to copy the entire federal govt ministries in my second mail to them...

Please I have the same issues of my payment not showing on my application portal till now even though i got a receipt of payment from New works solutions almost immediately in my mailbox. I have sent mails and called even gone to the immigration office here in Ibadan to complain and they are making it look like I should just forget about the payment I did. Please kindly advise me on what to do.Thank you

Those people are just something else, since January 1st am still on mine too though it's for my niece. Send to support@newworkssolution.com and wait for their response. Pls quote your payment reference number and your form Ref no and ID number.

I had a very impressive experience at Oyo town passport office yesterday. Was there to renew my wife and children's expired passports. It's DIY friendly.

Got there with my family by 8.55am. By 9.10am, officer A. A. Popoola addressed all of us seated under the shed provided. He told us about how efficient they are and that the only thing that can hinder an applicant from capturing that same day is NIN.

Few minutes later, officer M. Kasumu came out to call online applicants (DIY) to see him. I met him with all required documents, which he arranged properly for me, asked that I get yellow files for each of my family members, which I did, after which he placed each documents in each file for them all and asked me to wait under the shed.

Ten minutes later, he came out to call my family and I to come for capturing. We were led into the capturing room, where my wife and children were attended to by officer Lawson and his team. They were very fast here.

I took my time to relate with all the officers that I mentioned their names, they were very friendly and did their job very well. I was told their passports would be ready within the next 3 weeks.

No one asked for a dime from me. It took us just 50 minutes to complete all the process there. Their level of professionalism amazed me. Their Oga patapata is a male and his second in command a female.

Those who came to collect their passports yesterday, where promptly attended to within minutes.

I rate them 10/10 with what I experienced there yesterday.

You can only renew a passport with 6 months to expiry or less. So no you can't renew an October 2024 passport now.

I have no experience with the tourist visa question.

I traveled with my now expired passport when it was remaining 2 months to expiration. My travel lasted for 1 month.

1. Marriage certificate.
2. NIN slip containing your new name.
3. Newspaper publication for a change of name (21 days after publication).
4. Sworn affidavit from a High Court or Magistrate Court of change of name deposed to by you.
5. Payment receipt.
6. Acknowledgement slip.
7. Passport booklet and copy of the data page of passport.
8. Application letter.
