The intertribal conflicts that tore Lybia apart was due to foregin influence. Remember that it was NATO that fuelled and backed rebel groups (for years) to distablise Gaddafi's rule(divide and conquer)... after his death the rebels sort to seized the spot light and the tribal beefs still remained...
