Please how do I make my normal standing fan start using battery.

Power supply here has been poor, and I don't want to buy rechargeable fan now.

Ideally, I just want to attach a long USB cord that I'll just plug into that charge controller USB port.

I'll attach pictures of the battery and charge controller I have

Start by confirming if your batteries get to full charge before 4pm as the loads listed pulls close to if not more than 350w (including the inverter self consumption of about 70w for 5kw).

I don't think you should be expecting 18hrs usage time from your setup unless you're including the day time usage from the panels.

Hello house, I have a 5kva/24v felicity inverter, a 60A PowMr solar charge controller, two Vitra 12v220a tubular batteries and four 300W panels. I noticed that using with from around 11am with my freezer, TV and two fans, the system goes off before 9pm even when I put off the freezer before 4pm. I expected to have at least 18hrs with this setup which is less than 3months old, but I'm disappointed with the results. I intend to add two more 300w panels, please would this help increase how much supply time I get from this system? Any advise will be welcomed.

that it is transformer based does not make it less efficient, mine consumes about 11w on standby. 1.2kva 12v
Please what's the name of this. I need something like this for one 120w freezer

Have you taken the batteries for electrolyte test?

Maybe the electrolyte level inside them are low. Take the batteries to people that charge battery or so... They'll use a kind of syringe to test the weight of electrolytes in each cell. If low, they will pour everything out, mix with fresh electrolytes again to required level, pour back into the battery and charge for about 6 hours.

If the plates In your battery are still good, the batteries should pick up well again

Am trying to buy an extra CC just to keep as a spare incase of emergency. I decided to get PowMr 60a charge controller. But am getting to different quotes with huge disparity in terms of price from Jumia and Konga.

I really can't tell the original

When did you make that screenshot of 62k. You can't see it at that price anymore because Powmr themselves have increased the official price, also considering currency and shipping costs. To the best of my knowledge, that Powmr model is yet to be cloned. Reconfirm from Konga.

Thanks for the intended patronage and recommendation, baba. Konga's algorithm doesn't implement changes immediately. I don fight them tire. I am currently out of stock on the controller and paused the listing. I wonder why people can still see it.

The controllers will be available from next week, but sadly, price will be a little higher, but not as high as Jumia's...lol

Please do let us know when its available.

Secondly, I saw that there are about 3 variant of the 60a Powmr cc. Can you help explain the difference please 🙏

In real life usage, assuming both are subject to same loads, I think those GRADE C will outperform the GRADE A, depending on the Grade of the GRADE C cells.

I might be wrong though

The rough estimate of your system setup will be in the range of 16–17 million.

Attached below is the load estimation. The loads can be dropped to make room for competitive pricing. I am open and available to discuss more with you.

This is much appreciated.

Please can you show the cost breakdown? Client doesn't really understand the load profiling

Thanks very much for the swift response.
I was a bit concerned about the Max PV array (1,500W).
3S2P should exceed 1,500W

Reason it!

There factors affecting him e.g cable size, loose ac contact etc.

If my 1600w could power my 100L (115w) freezer after 1st or 2nd attempt, then a normal psw 3kva should turn on a freezer like a 5w bulb.

This was what I did after upgrading to 3kva generic standalone I bought via AliExpress. Now, I turn on my freezer like a bulb switch even with other loads on.

Don't use his case to judge yours in anticipation.
