We are going all out to complete this house, starting from this week. In this phase we plan to do the following works;

1. Completion of the wardrobe and kitchen cabinets, including the bathroom cabinets.
2. Purchase and installation of some kitchen equipment and electronics
3. Completion of the fence plastering and electrical fencing
4. Completion of electrical fittings and lighting
5. Compound increte floor works

That's where I buy most of the tiles I use in many mid range building projects. They make a lot of quality products like Goodwill and other brands. But the tiles I used for this very project is not from this company. Another big company is just starting around the same location.

Please is bestwill tile same as goodwill, cos I saw some tiles the other day with goodwill printed on carton but bestwill was inscribed on the tile itself.

Oga Spyder if this gigantic company as being producing tiles in your backyard please don’t be silent about it, let keep promoting our locally made products. I have been an advocate of made in Nigeria products for years, many people don’t know many of those items are produced in Nigeria. Many of these young people don’t know what is being produced in Nigeria as far back 80’s. Up till now many people don’t know POP, Tiles, PVC pipes, Glass, electrical sockets, distribution boxes, electric meters are produced in Ogun, even those so called Chinese doors are produced in lekki. Iron rods in Kaduna and Kwara and many more.

Thanks for your words of encouragement, this house will fit well in a land of about 70 x 100 and still have space to park up to 6 cars. Thanks.

We are filling up on this site, fence plastering team arrived today, concrete floor team arrived yesterday, more workers arriving tomorrow.
Also planning to do a manual borehole/well here.
