his point to me here is invalid because not all cases can be solved even with the presence of technology. There are people who are so meticulous when commiting crime that they won't leave a single trace and when there is no trace on the crime scene, how then do one solve the case. The problem with Nigeria and most Africa police is that even when there is evidence on the crime scene, they don't go through that thorough investigation to solve the case unless the person is wealthy enough. We have even heard of cases that were solved even after the person who committed it has died or situations whereby the person lose guard years after and they use that to solve the case. That difference between how they handle investigation and how we do so in Nigeria is why we term it a working environment. They may not solve the case but they will put in effort to crack the case but over here many people get away with simple crime.
