Using a minister's company to do business with the government you serve creates conflict of interest. There is a reason why judges and corporate governance require that you recuse yourself from such conflicts.

His cleanliness shone like sun when he was named in the Pandora Paper.

We are yet to see where the man becomes culpable.
He did not facilitate the contract.
He doesn't take part in the day to day activities of the company.
He is not the director but shareholder.
He should be thoroughly investigated if he has done something u towards in getting that contract.

All of these people are babies in corruption compared to Obi who stole Anambra money and siphoned it into Fidelity bank where he is a beneficiary.
He was also named in the international Pandora papers for diverting Anambra people's money into his family's businesses.
One will wonder why he is still walking free with these monumental financial infractions and embezzlement.

In Law ignorance is not an escuse.

1. Putting state money in family business even though good investment is a moral liability.

2. Hiding money in tax heaven's even though legal I'm some places is actually illegal in Nigeria and unpatriotic and should be condemned if done by someone who claims he want do things differently. His only escuse was that he didn't know he was required by law to declare his joint investments.

Yes no one expect Obi to be a saint except his deluded followers but of you want to come to equity come with clean hands.
These allegations ....(You may say he was not indicted)... are a moral burden and a man that claims to want to do things differently shouldn't have such burden on his neck.
