JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking waitresses to join our upscale dining restaurant. Responsibilities of a waitress in our establishment includes but not limited to welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages and providing excellent customer service. This on-site role requires physical fitness as it entails standing for considerable period of time and excellent communication and people management skills and exceptional attention to details as you are responsible for ensuring our guests have a positive experience.

LOCATION
The role is located in Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
• Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree (2 - 3 years proven experience in upscale/fine-dining restaurant may be accepted in lieu of minimum qualification and an added advantage in placement and salary considerations)
• Active listening skills, ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Less than 30 years of age
• Certifications or Vocational Trainings in customer service, restaurant management, food and beverage, etc is an added advantage.
• Must be smart and good looking, have a positive attitude, self-confident and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• This vacancy is only opened to Waitresses as available slots for waiters are already filled.

BENEFITS
80,000 naira monthly salary (salary offer can be reviewed upwards for highly experienced candidates)
Payment of monthly service charge benefits in addition to salary
Two (2) off-days in a week
Paid leave
Health insurance
