These judgements are to maintain the status quo, they are all political decisions, it's about not upsetting the apple cart. It will be hard for any winner in a governorship election to be sacked by the Supreme Court.

Do you have the proof of the rot or just the fact that Obi that came third in a fair election wasn't declared winner by the supreme court??

Cases are not decided by lawyer in Nigeria but by the executive. If Tinubu wanted Kano Governor out , 1 million Olanipekuns couldn't have changed that. They just decided to leave Kano for NNPP for the sake of peace .

yeah but the appeal court sack the Kano governor so the onus is on the lawyer to prove how the appellate court decision was wrong and he was able to convince the supreme court judges nnpp did won the election
