Can't agree less. This is not me trying to belittle him and his achievements but in the present country and system we're in, it's all for the protocols. The Judgement is always determined by the interest of the judges and not , as a far as I'm concerned, influenced by the arguments of the lawyers.

The judges can always twists the arguments to favour their interest.

When it comes to electoral matters, give it to Baba. When it comes to corruption cases, give it to one crook from Edo state

Not saying he isnt a guru on election matters but sometimes it’s just as simple as that. Look at Obi for example, he never had a case to the extent that all the judges reprimanded his lawyers for being gong such a flimsy case to court. The case was so ludicrous and Olanipekun was always going to win to the extent he only called one witness.

Based on the assurance of Bubu, Mahmmud(BVAS and IREV) of credible elections, the political parties trusted the process but they shutdown IREV and changed the results overnight. They also compromised the judiciary through Ariwoola and the rest is history. Tinubu did not win but Obi had more votes than Tinubu but results were swapped

As soon as they heard "Court", they were celebrating already because local champion Peter Obi had previously destroyed all his nemesis in gubernatorial tribunals.

Not realising that Presidential tribunals were a step above and President Tinubu wasn't playing when he hired Wọle Ọlanipẹkun.

Fast forward a few judgments later when WO showed Peter Obi and his charge and bail lawyers that they were now in the big leagues by flogging them mercilessly, eye don clear and pipo don realise say shoe get size.

But you aren't feeling the effect of bad governance. It is because those keeping you in business are still eating. The day they stop eating is the day you stop eating as well. All these rambunctious ramblings won't be coming from you if the merger had happened. That election was theirs to win just like it was for the ruling party in 2015. It was all about numbers. APC numbers in 2015 were too overwhelming for PDP to pull anything funny. APC grew numbers by merger in 2015. Opposition lost numbers by splittings in 2023. Learn.

The supreme court judges took into cognizance the obvious rage that will descend on them if victory was not given to nnpp!
