Am doing installation of drip tape but I have an issue at hand. After measuring the length of ridges it was 36 meters and I don't know if I should run the drip on the 36 meters or I should place the layflat at the center of the farm and puncture both sides to cover 18meters each

36 meter is not that long for you to divide it, I even have 80-90 meter long. Maybe I don't understand your question, add picture so I can understand More. OluchiDelly , FarmTech pls help a brother here.

it will work if that is how you like it. If I were you I will make it single straight ridges.

You have done justice to his question brodaly. A standard plot of land in places like Ogun/Lagos state is 36m x 18m (120ft by 60ft). So 36m is just the same as the the length of a plot of land which is not that long according to your submission.

Thank you @farmakinloye6 for this wonderful insight, infact it came at the right time, I planned to install my own drip, ridges made and a borehole and storage system already in place, please I need an insight of what to buy for 2 plots to start with.

Hello sir, please, bush rats put some tiny holes on some of my drip tapes. I think they were biting it in search of water.

Please how do i gum or fix the holes. The Holes are not much though.

Check the video before, I used one joiner there. You can get it and cut where it's bitten then join together again

Patch the holes using black tape.

For spray tube, I normally use shoe gum and a piece of spray tibe to patch even large holes. Sorry for late reply. I abandoned NL for a while

Buy saw should Incase you will need to cut the pipe for adjustment, also PVC gum, socket and elbow if your system require it
