The Houthis started the fight so it is not a question of "can the Houthis fight the U.S military or not?" U.S should continue the airstrikes and even commit boots on ground cause airstrikes don't win wars. U.S should invade Yemen the way it invaded Afghanistan and let's check something.

Even U.S allies are avoiding a coalition against the Houthis.
