Good day guys, so there's These issues have been having with GLO line,ever since i bought These line ,it has been from one problem to another, at times network will just disappear from the the line for like 30 mins
Then it will restore back.
Note: I'm staying in an urban area,
Last week Wednesday the same issue occur again,I thought that they will bring it back as usual, only for me to wake up the following morning and it was not restored.
But there's network on the indicator bar, but there's no incoming or outgoing calls.
I called their agents, only for them to tell me that there are doing an investigation in my sim for now.
These is so weird.

Ot also happens to my SIM.

It's a general issue.

Sometimes, network goes off for days.

It's possible that the sim is getting damaged. That's what happened with my Airtel sim and I thought Airtel was having network issues. After some time the network went completely off the sim became useless and I had to go and replace it. Thankfully all they request for now is NIN number and 5 frequently dialled numbers.

how did you go about it because i had the same issue with my airtel line.

I went to their office with the sim and they told me it's damaged. They gave me a form which i filled and a brand new sim which got activated a few hours later. I didn't have the sum certificate anymore so I thought they were going to ask for court affidavit but all they requested for was NIN and 5 frequently dialed numbers and 5 frequently visited websites.
