The typhoon is a good jet anyday any time and it's 100℅ better than anything in the Russian inventory.but it ain't that stealthy.
The key is suppression, the USA first used TOMAHAWK cruise missile fired from ships and submarine to hit radar and observations site's , hindering the ability of the terrorist to used their surface to air missiles.
