North Africans have strong football infrustructures and local leagues which help them a lot. That is why they rule in African football. Egypt won Nations cup 3 times in a row with local league players when Ivory Coast has some of the best players in Europe. lol

Oga, what he is saying is simple: u cant rate a country poor becus they didnt do well in just the last competition. Some big countries have had poor tournaments too. That does not rule them out in future tournaments. Make una dey use logics for this country na. he is not comparing AFCON with WC.
