Help please The internal memory is 24GB with windows already taking up to 20Gb I can’t install Ms office not to talk of photoshop that I use to work Attached are pictures and specifications

You can't increase steam laptop memory or HDD. it comes fused to the motherboard. |

Maks27:This is an HP stream laptop, it's meant mainly for internet connectivity and cloud based storage, Just like those cloud book laptops and Chromebooks, hence the little storage memory, it's a soldered memory, emmc memory is embeeded to the motherboard, so there's no way you can expand it. What you can do is to get an SD card for additional storage and windows 10 allows you to install your apps or software on the external SD card storage to free the internal 24gb emmc memory. And you can also get an external HDD or flash drive to store your files separately |
