When you train Nigerians in professional courses/fields at highly subsidised fees, try to pay them living wage too so that Nigeria and Nigerians would reap the benefits of the resources spent on them. No plan to restructure the old and poor security system. where are technologically advanced drones flying around to make sure everyone is safe, where are the facial recognition cameras on the high ways, where are the A.I system that could detect moving vehicles with strange looks or detect object like guns. Where are the fast response devices that civilians can press a button to notify the nearest military and police when ever this a terrorist strike .
