Let's talk about facts. It was during Buhari's tenure that bokoharam came into Abuja and freed their members from Kuje prison. Terrorists attacked Abuja-Kaduna train during Buhari's tenure. Most of the terrorist attacks were underreported during Buhari's tenure.
