Story for the deities. You probably started listening to the news recently or lack emotional intelligence. Nigerians don't come to public service to work. Instead, they come to public service to steal. If you remove this one that is even willing to work, you will replace him with a bigger thief.

There are more than 36 ministers in Nigeria, but just about 4 have active ministers. What does that tell you about Nigerians? Simple: Nigérians are dubious, opportunitistic and hypocritical! Even those who criticize the government aren't any better; they just don't have the privileges government officials enjoy.
Oga if you want to support APC and Tinubu, do it with your full chest. People are doing it here and they haven't died.

These ministers were chosen based on the fact that they worked for Tinubu. It wasn't a rough selection among Nigerians. So don't judge the whole of Nigeria with that sample.

If you have a hundred fish ponds in your community, you don't judge all the fish in the community based on a sample from one pond.

These people have been working with Tinubu for years. A d they were not chosen for what they can offer. For instance a certain lawyer heads a certain ministry which he knows nothing about. Are you trying to say that Tinubu chose him for his competence?

Abeg get lost.

That is rampant because Politicians appoint people to public office who worked for their emergence more often rather than their capacity and integrity in private or public service.
Leave that guy. That's how the black man enables sub-mediocrity and oppression.

If any one explains Nigeria to you and you understand, probably the person didn't explain well to you. The more you look the less you see.

The fact that his company's name was mentioned does not make him complicit.

You are way dumber than the person quoting you gave you credit for, the question is what kind of consultation services is a company formed in 2017 with just two known shareholders ( Olubunmi and his wife) going to render to the tune of N424m ?
And who do you think made it possible for such a company to secure such contract if not Tunji-Ojo who owns the company and also a good friend of Betta Edu ?

guy, you're talking nonsense, his company can execute any project for the government so long as due process was followed.
Government officials are not allowed to award contracts to companies owned by them or linked to by shares, that's called conflict of interest in government and it encourages embezzlement of public funds.

he doesn't need to award the contract himself, common sense should tell you that he influenced it because the company has never won or bidded for such contract with the federal government.
Even my 24 years understands civil act far better than what you just displayed, once you are linked to a company awarded a contract by any ministry as a government official it's considered a crime and conflict of interest.
New Projects Limited has just two shareholders, Olubunmi and his wife and he owns the company being the major shareholder.

Good that you admitted he didn't award any contract to his company. The next question is, how did you know that the company never bided for the contract?. Maybe you should ask all the technocrats in public office shut down their businesses to please a grumbling toad like you. Do you know how many SANs in public office collecting briefs on behalf of government?

Rubbish...A thief is not to be exempted from facing the law just because he uses his proceeds from theft for charity. Selective justice isn't right for any society built on strong norms and value system. There are a thousand Nigerians who can still do that brilliant job you are praising him for and still keep their public service integrity unscathed.
Is like suffering is your portion
Continue speaking grammar you hear
Why haven't the brilliant Nigerians done it then since it's by mouth

I am at almost 50 years of age I and your father should be age mates therefore your miserable father is a toad.
With that said, in 2012 bid were submitted by two power companies to take over Afam and Enugu power plants, one of the companies were Geometric Power, a company discovered to have link with the then minister of power Prof. Barth Nnaji. Prof. Barth was able to proved that he had resigned his position with the company long before he was made a minister, though he was still a shareholder of the company just as Tunji-Ojo resigned his position but still owns the company.
There was public outcry and Barth resigned despite being the most performing minister at the time, he admitted he went against oat of office and tendered his resignation as expected.

Now tell me the son of a miserable toad, is their any difference between what happened to Barth and what is happening now ?

At least N423m wasn't discovered in Barth's account unlike Tunji-Ojo's.

Being the minister of power, Barth awarded a contract to his own company, directly in the ministry he supervises. In contrast, ministry of humanitarian awarded a contract to a company owned by Tunji Ojo, an entirely different ministry from the Interior ministry under Tunji Ojo. Hope you understand it now, Mr.50year old slowpoke?

Just like your failed father you have never in your miserable life gone through the CCPO or CCB Act 2004, so do you expect to know what Constitute a crime or conflict of interest in public offices ?

You're way way dumber than I gave you credit for.

As long as you did not use your office to award contracts to yourself, no rules has been broken. Barth used his office to award contracts to his company, he broke the rules, but Tunji Ojo has not. Yemi Osinbajo's chamber had briefs from FG but not from VP's office. Kenyamo is a minister yet his chamber collect briefs from EFCC. The new AGF has clients on electoral cases, will his chamber stop collecting briefs because he's now the AGF?. If your brain is too slow to understand federal service rules, pls give it to your 5 year old kid to interprete for you.

So why was he invited ?
Imagine a kid who doesn't know what CCPO stands or gone through it talking about understanding public service rule, have you seen the CCB Act 2004 ?

What he has done is conflict of interest, you can rant childishly on nairaland for months it won't still changed the fact that he breached oat of office.

so what's wrong in being invited?, if CCB feels the need to invite him, so be it. CCB is primarily concerned with assest declaration. The minister said he had resign his directorship in 2019 before taking public office, therefore, CCB is in its right to fact check him. I'm taking my time to break it down for you because of your age-related low mental capacity.

if CCB invited him for assets declaration, is he the only minister yet to declare his/her assets ?
Why is he the only one invited ?

Stop displaying your ignorance for the world to see kid.

baba, keep quiet. CCB invite doesn't mean being guilty, EFCC invite does not mean one is guilty, appearing before a court does not imply one is guilty until proven otherwise. You must be a product of half-baked education, hopefully, you don't pass on your dumb traits to your kids.

You see why I asked you to stop disgracing your miserable father on a public forum, I asked you a simple question, why was he invited ?
First you said he wasn't invited because of the N580m scam saga but because of his failure to his assets.
Secondly I asked you if he is the only minister yet to declare his assets, and why was he the only one invited. You couldn't even defend your opinion, and now you're telling me that he is not quilty until proven guilty.
You're just a dumb kid who knows nothing about government and public service code of conduct.
My kids attends one of the best schools in Lagos, and my 24 years old son lives alone and doing pretty well for himself, he graduated from one of the best universities in the country.
My kids will never be as dumb as you're, not in this life or the one to come.

CCB/CCT invited and tried Saraki, and what happened?. CCB Invite is not a conviction of guilt. I'm done with your expired brain.

Tunji-Ojo is a serving minister in the Tinubu administration, therefore his company cannot and should not bid for contract in a government in which he is a serving minister. He said he has resigned as a director, but he is still the owner.
