Let's even ignore the fact that they overthrew unfriendly democratically elected leaders in place of friendly dictactors in countries mentioned in that article, or the fact that they still have dozens of undemocratic and autocratic leaders they still back even till today, despite their freedom and democracy rhetorics. The whole concept of overthrowing foreign governments, which the US and the west have done over a hundred times, and up till today (even Wikipedia has a whole page dedicated to that- https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_involvement_in_regime_change) completely negates the concept of democracy, which is the right of people in a country to determine who leads them, not foreign hegemons hand picking leaders who will serve their interests.

It's very easy to identify people that don't look at things with discerning eyes. Many of them do not know that the Iran they all hate today became a theocracy as an indirect result of a CIA-backed coup. Iran was a heavily westernized country prior to that.
