You should also think toward improving the design,
It would be appealing if the solar panel can be integrated to the bin body (the top maybe) rather than be a separate unit which leaves the fear od someone stealing it.

There is actually a need for greater collaboration between south western states. The current set of governors should go back to the DAWN documents and work together to achieve economic cooperation in the region. The western rail network that is designed to connect the six south west should be given urgent priority.

I'll not commend this development until I see the unit cost. Because every avenue for public servant na to cash out. On another thought, I use to think Ekiti State use to be a state of intellectuals, if true then I'm disappointed, why not send some of your people to Lagos to be trained?
