Western Union or money gram because a friend told me, I must have a domiciliary account before it work.

You don’t need a domiciliary , you need to go to your bank with the control number or reference number of western union or money gram , make sure payment was sent to your name which is same as name use for BVN and also make sure you have a valid passport Id or any valid id , that’s all you need , withdrawal would be made either in cash or direct to your local account
