All countries in Africa are regarded as 3rd world and developing countries. They all have slum and most of them have more forest than livable cities. We can as well tell all the governors of the 36 states in Nigeria to stop developing their states and come and develop only Lagos and Abuja and porthacourt alone. No country has everything perfect. I know Lagos is probably the most developed city in Nigeria by landscaping and second to Abuja infrastructure but going outside of Nigeria, Lagos and Abuja may not be able to compete with their contemporaries infrastructural wise.
