This is not comparison of economic data like GDP and GDP/Capital, you are off from the topic of discussion. If you go ahead to even compare those cities with Lagos with respect to your indices but not GDP/Capital of those cities and Lagos you will be shocked on what you will see.

Good road network, clean environment, excellent health care institutions, public water systems etc has nothing to do with economic data. Economic prosperity only allows you to provide those amenities, unfortunately economic prosperity often ends in the pockets of thieves.

Peter Obi was governor of Anambra state for 8 years, where is the world class city he built that can be compared to Cotonou? Constructive criticism from haters and bigots? Before you offer your unsolicited advise to Lagos, take it first to your region and make it work. When you finish building a world class city that is comparable in all aspect to Cotonou at the minimum, you can come with your advise. Cotonou and Lome are far more organized and have more infrastructure than Lagos generally and I don't even want to mention Accra. Nobody that has been to those cities will disagree, Lagos only has more economy and money but we don't see what they are using the money for.

The current leadership of all the mentioned cities did not build all those cities. They inherited them from past generations and maintained them. Joe Biden didn't build all the beauty in US. Same as Rishi Sunak

The likes of Nnamdi Azikiwe, Tafawa Balewa, and all the leaders during that era are the reason why nigeria is the way it is.

Nations are built on solid foundation, solid structure, strong institutions, fairness and equity. How was Nigeria formed in the first place? If the whites forced us to be one, must we agree to be one? Azikiwe, Tafawa, Ahmadu Bello, and all their mates should have agreed on a way out, even if it means going separate ways.

Now nobody is blaming them for the rot in the system, everybody is blaming Tinubu and Bihari. If those first generation leaders did what they were supposed to do, we won't have the likes of Bihari and Tinubu leading 200M of us.
