Problem I won't say anything Just yesterday I reminded nairaland how Bola Ahmed Tunibu had forged Chicago State University certificate and went ahead to lobby INEC to falsify the election results in his favour, lo and behold them nairaland miscreants came after my life with servals attack. Therefore in this case I won't say anything. We all know say Mba forged his NYSC certificate, and we all know that those with criminals tendencies to the state of falsifying their certificates are always wicked. If I dey lie ask Mohammadu Buhari and reflect on the character of Bola Ahmed Tunibu, then you see wickedness in their actions 9 Likes 4 Shares |

I wonder what human feeling he is talking about here. I just hope they finish what they have started because it will be the purest form of injustice for them to spare a house that was marked for demolition simply because it's owner is a content creator who can post viral videos yet demolish several other more expensive houses that were marked just like the content creator's own. I was taught that the pen is mightier than the sword but it seems social media has whittled the strength of the pen. If he brandished only a mere deed, why didn't his house go down as well? It's common sense, if they do not demolish that house, then they should rebuild all the houses they demolished and allow all the developers come for the said regularization of papers because what is good for the goose is also good for the vulture. This is exactly why young girls always warn broke or older men not to start what they can not finish. It is not to mount a bulldozer, it is to bulldoze everything. 20 Likes 3 Shares |

Why not construct all the internal roads in the estate, get the place electrified, get water to the place and give all the landlord's 6moths to one year to complete their building or have it taken over by estate management company who will build the house and manage it for a period of time before handling over to the owner or pay off the owner, depending on the stage it was before the estate management company takeover 1 Like |
