Wonderful. This country ehhh. We just read the family informing everyone that the ransom was paid and the police "escorted" them back . Here is the army saying no ransom was paid. Who do we believe? Why is it so easy for some people to lie shamelessly?

Hope this is true.

Weldone Nigerian army for this. But really with all the billions allocated for security over the years, I'll love to see our troops in full combat gear, night vision goggles, thermal or heat seeking cameras plus drones overhead that can keep an eye on the enemy and his movement before the troop get there. Combat in the 21st century is about smartness in technology. Why aren't these being leveraged on?

Nigeria's special forces are a complete joke.

They paid 100 million naira, so many questions I am asking about this whole thing...
